ITV Holding viewers switch off after first episode of Irish drama

ITV Holding viewers have been left divided by the first episode with some switching off. The series follows a small Irish community rocked after a body is discovered and identified as a man who went missing years ago.

The main character is PJ Collins – a local police officer – whose life is turned upside down after he is present when Tommy’s remains are discovered. Living in a small community, Collins isn’t used to working such big cases and is way out of his depth.

The cast includes Games of Thrones actor Conleth Hill, Derry Girls star Siobhan McSweeney andBrenda Fricker. It is based on a novel by TV chat show host Graham Norton.
