How to watch the 2022 AFL Grand Final: Geelong Cats vs Sydney Swans, start time, TV guide

For the first time in three years, the AFL premiers will lift the premiership cup in front of 100,000 fans at the MCG.

The biggest occasion in Australian football is scheduled for a 2.30pm (AEST) start.

The showdown between the Swans and Cats is being broadcast live by Channel 7 and on 7plus.

The network’s coverage begins from 10.30am with the Grand Final Countdown before live coverage at the MCG begins from 12pm.

The pre-match festivities and entertainment begin from 1.25pm with a Welcome to Country by Uncle Colin Hunter Junior.

Fox Footy has a blockbuster live schedule for Grand Final day, beginning with the official Grand Final Breakfast from 9am.

The AFL announced on Thursday Aussie pop star Delta Goodrem has joined the pre-match entertainment line up, which also features Robbie Williams and Mike Brady.
